Cacao-Goji Raw-nola

Raw Recipe Challenge Entry

Ingredients:

1/4 cup soaked and dehydrated pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup soaked and dehydrated sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp goji berries
1 Tbsp dried cranberries
1 Tbsp dried mango snips
2 tsp cacao nibs
1 Tbsp agave nectar
pinch of Celtic sea salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and drizzle 1 tablespoon agave nectar over mixture. Sprinkle a pinch of Celtic sea salt. Stir together to coat well and dehydrate at 105 for 12 hours. Stir and dehydrate at 105 for another 12 hours, or until dried. Mixture should be chewy and crunchy. One of my favorites!
