Raw Recipe Challenge Entry

Ingredients:
1/3 c. coconut oil (melt in dehydrator)
1/4 c. unpasterized honey (melt in dehydrator)
1/4 c. agave
2 c. shredded organic coconut
1 c. hemp seed nut
1/4 c. cacao nibs (grind finely in a coffee grinder)
1/2 t. vanilla
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in bowl with wooden spoon or hands. Form into balls and flatten with palms. Place on mesh dehydrator tray and dehydrate at 105 degrees for about 8 hours. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
