Decadent Toco Truffles

Yields: 12 Truffles

Ingredients:

4 ½ Tbsp. Avena's Cacao Butter
½ cup Avena's Raw Cacao Powder
5 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
3 Tbsp. Avena's Toco ®
3 Tbsp. Avena's Agave Nectar
½ tsp. Avena's Pristine Sea Salts
¼ tsp. vanilla extract (preferably alcohol-free variety by Frontier)

Directions:

Melt the cocoa butter in a bowl (if you don't have a dehydrator, set bowl in a sink of warm, but not boiling water). Mix in the cacao powder, agave nectar, salt and vanilla. Stir in the Toco ® and the walnuts last. Roll into balls and chill. Repeat this process until all the mixture is gone. Note: for the creamiest treats, it's always best to process all ingredients in a blender, but a mixing bowl will do. Enjoy!
