Raw Recipe Challenge Entry

Colorful! Tasty! Fresh!

Ingredients:

1/2 head of green cabbage
1/2 head of purple cabbage
1/2 head of cauliflower
3 - 4 carrots
3 stalks celery
1 onion
1/8 c. hemp oil
1/8 c. olive oil
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 t. onion powder
1 T. agave
1 t. mustard seed powder
1 T. celtic sea salt
Goji berries

Directions:

Process the first 6 ingredients (in stages) using the "s" blade on the food processor. Place in large bowl. Shake together the oil, spices, agave, salt & vinegar in a jar (double up the dressing if you prefer it juicier). Pour over the slaw mixture and toss. Plate the coleslaw and top with a handful of goji berries!
