Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Mint Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 cup hazelnuts, soaked
½ cup almonds, soaked
4 cups water
Blend in a high speed blender (vita-mix) and then strain through a nut milk bag.
Pour the liquid back into the blender and add:
1 whole vanilla bean
2 Tbsp. Avena's TOCO
1/4 cup raw agave
½ cup cacao powder (Avena's nibs finely ground)
pinch of Celtic sea salt
Directions:
Blend well then pour into an ice cream maker. While that is freezing, place 1/8 cup of Avena's Cacao Nibs in a bowl and add 4 drops of peppermint essential oil and stir. Drop into ice cream maker just before it is ready to serve.
