2 cups Avena Goji Berries
2 cups Currants
1 cup Almonds
1 cup Brazil nuts
1 cup Cashews
1 cup Macadamia nuts
1 cup Pecans
1 cup Sunflower seeds
1 cup Pumpkin seeds
1 cup Thompson seedless raisins
Mix all together.
Wonderful High Energy Snack.
