Love Those Chocolates
Raw Recipe Challenge Entry

Ingredients:
½ cup Avena Raw Chocolate Ground
½ cup Agave Nectar
2 tbsp. Coconut oil
1 ½ cup crushed almonds
2 drops of essential Orange oil, or Peppermint oil, or one drop of each oil. Or natural flavour of choice.
Directions:
Mix the ground raw chocolate and coconut oil together, then add the agave nectar, the essential oil and the 1 ¼ cup crushed almonds, mix well. Roll mixture into balls and roll the balls into the ¼ cup remaining crushed almonds. Place in refrigerator to cool. Serve cold.
Yummm.
Equipment: I used a small coffee grinder to grind the raw chocolate.
