Okanagan Delight Smoothie

Raw Recipe Challenge Entry

Ingredients:

1 cup Grape or apple juice
1/3 cup Avena Goji Berries
1 tbsp Avena Raw Chocolate Ground
1 tbsp Avena N-Zyme powder
6 tbsp Avena Toco
1 tbsp Avena Super food
1 tbsp Avena Hemp oil
1 frozen Fig
½ cup frozen Apricots
½ cup frozen Blackberries
½ cup frozen Blueberries
½ cup frozen Cherries
½ cup frozen Peaches
½ cup frozen Plums
½ cup frozen Raspberries
½ cup frozen Strawberries

Directions:

Place grape or apple juice, Avena products, frozen berries and fruit into your blender or smoothie maker.  Blend on slow and then on high.  The mixture will be thick.  To thin, add more  juice.

Use organic, fresh or frozen fruits when possible.

 Equipment:  Smoothie Maker, and I used Avena's salt grinder to grind the raw chocolate.
