Ingredients:
1 cup cacao powder (Avena's nibs finely ground)
¾ cup raw carob powder
½ cup coconut oil
1 cup raw agave
½ cup macadamia nuts
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a Vita Mix or high speed blender, and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a rectangular baking dish and add 2 cups of your favorite chopped nuts. We love a mixture of hazelnuts, walnuts and macadamia nuts (presoaked of course). Spread the mixture evenly in the pan and place into the freezer for those "I really need some good chocolate!" moments.
