Raw Goji Chocolates
Raw Recipe Challenge Entry

Makes: approximately 3 dozen small chocolates
Ingredients:
1/2 lb raw cacao butter
Place cacao butter in a bowl in your dehydrator, or in a medium pot on the stovetop. Warm slightly. It melts really easy and it should only be slightly warm to touch. (If using the stove, put it on the element for 10 seconds on the lowest setting and then take it off to ensure it does not over heat). Stir continually and repeat until all of the chunks have melted. You could even leave a container in a warm water bath and wait until it melts.
Once all of the chunks are gone, stir in:
1 cup cacao powder (Avena's Cacao Nibs ground)
2/3 cup raw agave
1/2 cup Avena's Goji Berries
1/4 tsp. Celtic sea salt
Directions:
Pour into molds and place in the freezer to cool.
We totally over did chocolate in our house the day we came up with this one!
